Team Camp
The Michigan Team Camp will provide your team an opportunity to improve together.
Team camps and off-season tournaments are the fastest growing segment of lacrosse world. Recruiting tournaments are great for elite rising juniors and seniors, but what about younger players? How do you prepare for the high-pressure environment of the major recruitiing events? The Michigan Team Camp is how.
Unlike most team camps, which are simply tournaments where teams play games all day, the Michigan Team Camp is a teaching and learning environment. Every team that attends will be assigned a coach who will work with your team, in conjunction with your coaching staff, on improving your approach to practice and games.
Topics covered include: practice planning, practice tempo, proper warmups, game preparation, in-season vs. off-season emphasis, effective drills, strategy, film analysis and motivation.
The Michigan Team Camp is meant for all levels of school teams and summer club teams and their coaches. Teams must commit a minimum of 20 players, covering all positions on the field, and at least one coach.
The camp is held from Friday to Sunday so coaches can more easily attend without missing more than a day of work. All meals are included, and coaches attend for free with their teams.

Coaching
The Michigan Team Camp is run by Michigan Head Coach John Paul.
All Michigan camps are staffed by outstanding college and high school coaches, as well as current and former top college and professional players. The staff is selected for their ability to teach at the highest level with passion and enthusiasm.
Location
All Michigan summer lacrosse camps are held in Ann Arbor on the campus of the University of Michigan. The Team Camp is an overnight camp. All campers and coaches will stay at Bursley Hall.
